Metal Gear Online Beta Postponed April 21st, 2008 Nate Aguilera

Due to the mass amount of traffic over the weekend, Konami has been unable to run the service to the level they wanted. As a temporary measure, they plan to stabilize their JPN servers first before letting it loose on the rest of the world. Expected new start date is now Friday, April 25th.

MGS4 Product Details April 11th, 2008 Nate Aguilera

The Official PlayStation Blog has revealed some product details for the highly-anticipated Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. These include boxart and content details for the Standard and Limited Editions, Standard and Limited Edition PS3 Bundles, the Metal Gear Saga vol.2 pre-order bonus, and some news on the upcoming Metal Gear Online and Metal Gear Online Beta.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Now Q2 2008 October 31st, 2007 Nate Aguilera

KONAMI announced today that “METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS”, the latest in the METAL GEAR series, is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of 2008. More info about the delay after the jump.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Demo Coming! September 26th, 2007 Mark Julio

According to the latest Kojima Productions Report Podcast , the team is currently working on an English demo for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots!  Also mentioned in the podcast… Ryan Payton confirmed that the rumble feature in the Dual Shock 3 is superior to the one in the Dual Shock 2.  Payton also mentioned that next week both the TGS MGS4 and Metal Gear Solid Online trailers should hit the PSN!
